These Terms govern use of the Tiny Presence website and orders for custom pet sculptures.

Our service

Tiny Presence creates personalized pet sculptures from photographs and instructions supplied by customers. The service may include order review, artist-led digital modeling, a digital preview, revisions, written approval, production, finishing, packaging, and delivery.

Orders and 40% deposit

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or request additional information before accepting it. A 40% deposit is due at order placement. The remaining balance becomes due after written approval of the digital preview and before production begins.

Photos and customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate order information and suitable reference photographs. You confirm that you own the submitted content or have permission to use it. You grant Tiny Presence a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to fulfill and support the order and for internal quality assurance. Public marketing use requires separate consent.

Artistic interpretation

A sculpture is an artistic interpretation, not a photographic replica. Results depend on the quality, angles, lighting, and completeness of reference photographs. Review all visible details carefully during the preview stage.

Preview, revisions and approval

Nothing is printed until you approve the preview in writing and pay the balance. Included revision limits will be stated with the product or order. Requests that materially change the original scope may require additional fees or a revised schedule. Approval authorizes production and makes the approved design final.

Custom product restrictions

Because every sculpture is personalized, change-of-mind returns are generally unavailable after personalized work begins. Cancellation, defect, and damage remedies are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. Shipping is quoted after preview approval and charged with the remaining balance. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Guangdong, China. International recipients are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and related destination charges unless a written quotation from Tiny Presence states otherwise. Intellectual property

You retain rights in your submitted photographs. Website content, branding, production materials, and models created by Tiny Presence remain protected intellectual property except for the customer’s right to possess and personally use the purchased sculpture. Digital production files are not included unless expressly agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful or infringing content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for fraudulent purposes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Presence is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or delays outside reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any maximum contractual liability will not exceed amounts paid for the affected order, except where law requires otherwise.
