How the Tiny Presence Custom Pet Sculpture Process Works
A custom pet sculpture is a commission, not an off-the-shelf item. Tiny Presence separates the order into clear stages so you can choose the right size, provide private reference photos after payment, review a preview, and approve the work before the remaining balance and shipping are collected.
1. Choose a 10, 12, or 15 cm sculpture
Start by selecting one of the three available sizes. The full prices are US$349 for 10 cm, US$499 for 12 cm, and US$749 for 15 cm. If you are deciding between them, use our custom pet sculpture size guide to compare display space, visual presence, and budget.
2. Pay 40% initially
The first checkout collects 40% of the sculpture price: US$139.60 for 10 cm, US$199.60 for 12 cm, or US$299.60 for 15 cm. This creates the paid order and opens the next commission stage. It is not the full product price; the remaining 60% and shipping are handled later.
3. Upload reference photos securely
After the initial payment, use the private, order-specific photo workflow connected to your commission. This keeps customer reference media out of public pages and associates the files with the correct order item. Include clear face, side, full-body, coat-color, and distinctive-detail views. 4. The personalized work begins
Your selected references and notes guide the commissioned sculpture. Point out the expression, posture, markings, coat length, or small characteristic details that matter most to you. Because each pet and reference set is different, Tiny Presence does not publish a universal fixed completion time on this guide.
5. Review the preview
A preview gives you a checkpoint before final payment and shipment. Review it against the references and priorities you provided. Keep feedback specific: identify the feature, the relevant photo, and what appears different. This makes the approval conversation clearer than a general request without visual context.
6. Approve and pay the remaining balance
After you approve the preview, Tiny Presence collects the remaining 60% of the sculpture price plus shipping. Any applicable customs duties or local taxes may be separate unless checkout states otherwise. The order then proceeds toward shipment under the current store policies.
7. Shipment and delivery
