This policy applies to pet photographs, instructions and other files submitted for a Tiny Presence order.
When to upload
After the 40% deposit is successfully recorded, the customer will receive an order-linked upload instruction or secure portal link. Upload access must relate only to the applicable order and may expire or be revoked for security.
Recommended photographs
Provide clear, well-lit photographs showing the face, front, both sides, back, markings, tail, paws and any accessories that should appear. Natural phone photographs are welcome. More complete references generally produce a more accurate model.
File requirements
Supported formats, maximum size and file-count limits will be displayed in the upload interface. Do not upload executable files, unlawful content or files unrelated to the order. We may reject corrupted, unsafe or unusable files and request replacements.
Your rights and permissions
You confirm that you own the files or have permission to submit and use them. You grant Tiny Presence a limited, non-exclusive license to store, review, edit and otherwise process the files only to fulfill and support the order and for internal quality assurance.
No automatic marketing permission
Submitting photographs does not grant permission to post them publicly, use them in advertising or identify you in marketing. Marketing use requires separate, explicit consent that can be documented.
People and sensitive information
Avoid including people, documents, addresses or unrelated personal information unless necessary. If a person appears in a photograph, you confirm that you have the necessary permission to submit it.
Retention and deletion
Files may be retained during modeling, approval, production, delivery, customer support and a reasonable dispute or quality-assurance period. Accounting and order records may be retained separately where legally required. You may request deletion of eligible files, subject to fulfillment, security and legal obligations.
Security
Upload links must not be shared publicly. Contact us if you believe a link or order account has been accessed without authorization. No internet storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Handcrafted interpretation. Each sculpture is an artist-led, handcrafted interpretation. Small differences in pose, expression, markings, texture and color may occur and are part of the personalized process.
Preview and requested changes. Review the preview carefully and raise reasonable requested changes where supported before approval. Changes outside the original scope may require a new quotation or schedule. There is no promise of unlimited revisions or a fixed number of revisions unless an order expressly states otherwise.
When production begins. Production begins after the preview is approved, the remaining payment is received and the required customer materials are available. Approval confirms the design to be used for production.
