This policy explains how Tiny Presence delivers made-to-order custom pet sculptures.

Where we ship

We primarily serve customers in the United States and Europe and accept orders for supported destinations worldwide. Availability depends on carrier coverage, local restrictions, and the delivery address.

Production and delivery timing

Physical production begins only after you approve the digital preview and pay the remaining balance and shipping. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed dates. Revision requests, incomplete reference photographs, peak periods, carrier delays, customs, weather, and events outside our reasonable control may extend the timeline.

Shipping charges

After preview approval, we quote the available service and shipping cost for your destination. Shipping is charged with the remaining 60% before production begins. Expedited or special handling may cost extra when available.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges unless a written quotation from Tiny Presence states otherwise. Customs delays are outside our direct control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the order email after dispatch. Tracking may take time to activate.

Address changes

You must provide a complete and accurate address. Contact us promptly about changes. We cannot guarantee a change after production or fulfillment begins, and reshipping charges may apply.

Damage, loss and delivery problems

Inspect the parcel promptly. Report transit damage within 7 days with the order number and clear photographs of the sculpture, internal packaging, outer parcel, and shipping label. Approved claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but it cannot be found, check the delivery location and contact the local carrier. Then contact us so we can assist with an investigation.
